Be Aware of The Double Chin

Be Aware of The Double Chin
This is a sure sign of posterior pituitary deficiency. Sometimes this is not fully apparent unless the person is slightly over- weight. If the deficiency is severe enough there can be paranoia, hallucinations, rage. Page brought this out in his book Degeneration/ Regeneration. Alcohol makes it worse. This was recently evidenced by a hostage situation in Silver Spring Md by James Lee who was killed by the police. This was easily evidenced in John Wayne Gacey mass murderer, Richard Baumhammers, mass murderer, Ted Bundy (when he put on weight) mass murderer. You see what you know. It is also evidenced in some creative geniuses who can have creative manic activity. With supplementation the manic activity can be kept within bounds and creativity is not stifled.

Heart Attack Prevention

Heart Attack Prevention
Heart attack prevention clearly requires glandular correction. There is usually over active glands involved. You can have excessive andricity, which requires estrogen. You can have an over active anterior pituitary which requires the sex hormones to suppress this gland. Sometimes a minute amount of insulin is needed. You can also have an over active thyroid which also requires a minute amount of insulin. The standard treatment of anticoagulants, stents, physical therapy, lipid therapy is not enough. Page body chemistry balancing is required.

The Page Graph

The Page Graph
Page’s graph of inherited glandular pattern was ingenious in its own right. I know it took him hundreds of measurements and blood tests to figure out. In my first two books I used a numerical system because it’s easier for the beginner to learn. However in my next books on diabetes and cancer I will use the Page graph so you can quickly see someone’s glandular pattern. I see patients and I automatically see the graph in my mind’s eye. In my blog articles I can often include a graph and you see patients like I see them. The amount of deviation from the norm can even give you a clue about needed dosages. Page once measured the members of a softball team in Florida all over 80years old. They all had almost ideal graphs. If you don’t have an ideal graph, it’s something to work for.

THE PAGE APPROACH

THE PAGE APPROACH
Conventional or allopathic medicine takes pot shots at individual problems with drugs based on symptoms. Sometimes other drugs are used to treat the side effects from the drugs. Page did not worry about symptoms much. His treatment was the same for everyone. Get their body chemistry in balance, tune the glandular symphony. His system was called Page Body Chemistry Balancing.
I see many patients who are taking 4-8 medications. Who knows the tremendous cost. Sometimes a single micro glandular supplement will cure about 4-5 things, and they are relatively cheap.
To learn the Page system follow this blog, get Your Body Is Your Best Doctor by Page, and get one of my books so you learn step by step, follow my videos on You Tube under rforbes1, follow my tweets under Yarfo, Follow the Page Fundamental Food Plan.

Glands Get Worse in Time

Glands Get Worse As You Get Older
While a good diet can have a positive influence on your glands glandular correction is required and must be sustained. Only slight glandular deficiencies get worse in time. Some people take their supplements for just a short period of time and then quit. You must constantly check your glandular balance with specific gravity readings on the basic diet, blood tests on the basic diet, and blood sugar monitoring with a home blood sugar test kit. A diet eliminating sugar including fructose, alcohol, milk and white flour products, caffeine no doubt help but 90% of individuals require constant supplementation.
When I first started with Page over 40 years ago I required only a small amount of whole pituitary. Now I take nearly ten times more. Likewise someone who has over active glands require continual suppression of these glands. This is your job. Find someone who knows the Page system, get in balance and stay in balance. Call www.ifnh.org and find a practitioner. Pituitary supplementation is a kind of armoring that helps keep you resilient against the insults of life.

LOW T

Low T
This is a current fad , to treat low testosterone. There is no question that it is sometimes needed and it can be a lifesaver. Page was once asked, “What was your greatest discovery?” He said that it was the use of sex hormones in the treatment of body chemistry imbalance. I would have to agree but pituitary treatment is a close second. The truth is all of his discoveries were great.
I am concerned that the major proponents of low T treatment do not use the Page method so they are essentially flying blind. The dosages can be incorrect and the wrong patient can be treated.
Page’s graph usually tells if you are andric or gynic, If you are andric you don’t need more testosterone. Page’s method of blood testing is more accurate. You are on a controlled diet for three days plus a 12 hour fast. Plus he used the Ca/P ratio to set the dosage. This is very accurate.
Contemporary medicine dosages are too large, sometimes 100-300 mg daily. The Page method uses micro dosages, usually 1/100 mg for males and sometimes that for females. Too much of the correct hormone can be detrimental.
The sex hormones are great because they do double duty, they correct the andric/gynic balance and they can suppress an over active anterior pituitary gland which is prevalent in many killer and crippling diseases, such arthritis, cancer, diabetes, cardiac insufficiency, etc.

A Proper Medical and Dental Exam

A Proper Medical and Dental Exam
Does your doctor check the width of your shoulders relative to your hips. This tells about your sex hormones. Is there hair loss above your eyebrows. This tells about the thyroid. Is your weight carried high or low. This tells about the pituitary gland. Is there a bald spot at the crown of your head. This tells about the posterior pituitary gland. Do you have a double hip curve, exadurated curvature of the lower leg half way between the ankle and knee, is there a pot belly and double chin and excessive facial hair. This tells about the posterior pituitary. Is there a constriction of the lower leg about 4 inches below the knee. This tells about the anterior pituitary gland. Are the ankles thick or thin. This tells about the thyroid. Do your hands face backward when you walk. This tells about the sex hormones. What is your eye color. This tells your ancestral heritage. These clues can easily tell about your medical and dental health and must be assessed.
Page would have his assistants parade his patients in front of him when they came for treatment. He knew most of your treatment before he started. You see what you know.

SELF HELP

Self Help
Posterior pituitary deficiency is on the increase especially in the U.S. and in successive generations. It is a major factor in the increase of type 2 diabetes. You have to know what yours’ is doing. Improper diet can make it worse and alcohol can put you over the edge. It is not routinely diagnosed in medicine so your doctor won’t tell you about it. You’re on your own. We will hear more and more about rage killings and suicide and it can always hang around as a major detriment to good health.
Page’s anthropometric measurements can pick up the deficiency. It is 95-98% accurate. I would get the book The Hormone Mess and How to Fix It and the measuring system is in there. Have someone help you with the measurements and you can send them to me and I will help you interpret them at no charge. An analysis system is also in the book. You can also do some more sleuthing on your own. Get a midget urinometer from Fisher Scientific and check your urine specific gravity. Check it before you go to bed at night and the first thing in the A.M… Specific gravity testing can be finicky so you have to be careful when testing. Go on the Page Fundamental Food Plan (Phase 1) when testing, no medications, no sugar, no juices or caffeine, no white flour. Don’t go on a water binge. No alcohol. Record your readings for about 3 days, at night and first thing in the A.M.. You want your readings to be in this range 1.018-1.022. If you are below 1.018 you will have problems and your posterior pituitary is probably weak.
Get it corrected!!! Preferably by someone who has done Page’s work and has been properly trained. I don’t drink much or often but if I even have two beers I always add extra posterior pituitary for two days afterwards. Eat right and give your posterior pituitary gland the care and feeding that it needs.

Medicine of the Absurd

Medicine of the Absurd
Some people are talking about passing out Lipitor with Big Macs. Page used to eat oatmeal with bacon grease poured on top in the morning. Page never condemned animal fats. I use lard for deep frying all the time. Lard is bacon grease. It is a non-hydrogenated fat unless it is adulterated. If your body chemistry is in balance you won’t have a cholesterol problem. A friend of mine ate nothing but eggs for 20 days and her cholesterol went down. You need fats to synthesize hormones and nerve sheaths. Are we victims of a pharmaceutical conspiracy.

Suicide

Suicide
If you live long enough you will see friends and acquaintances come and go. Some will go by their own hand with suicide. Kay Jaimison PhD has written eloquently on this subject with her books, An Unquiet Mind, and Touched With Fire.
I quote her much in my own book, A Magic Bullet Cure For Depression and Manic Depression. She states that in most cases of suicide or attempted suicide there is an underlying psychological condition and it is usually manic depression. I agree with this. This diagnosis is not always a slam dunk and sometimes you can’t wait till you get enough symptoms to make the diagnosis.
Page’s anthropometrics make the diagnosis a slam dunk. The pituitary measurements are 95% accurate. If they have a manic depressive graph, with or without obvious symptoms, I would call it manic depression and treat it as such. All children should be measured by age 11. The earliest case of manic depression ever diagnosed was I believe at age 3.
